Our car park names have changed
What's changed?
We're committed to improving your experience at Birmingham Airport. We've listened to customer feedback and as a result we have changed the names of our car parks. We believe these changes will make it easier for customers to choose the right car park for their needs regardless of how long they’ll be away.

Our premium Drop & Go service is not being renamed and can be found directly next to the terminal building.
How will this affect me?
Customers with existing bookings don’t need to do anything. Existing bookings will remain unchanged and customers will still be able to park in their chosen car park. NCP will contact customers prior to their arrival in the car park to remind them of the car park name change.
In and around the airport, new signage will be in place from 31 July making it easy to locate the car parks. The location of our car parks remain unchanged only the names are changing.
