Andrew Pollins BSc FCCA – Finance Director
Andrew Pollins joined NCP as Head of Planning in 2005. He has 15 years hospitality sector experience with Whitbread Plc, in roles including Group Planning Manager, Regional Financial Controller (Marriott) and Financial Controller London Marriott County Hall. After joining NCP in 2005, he was appointed Finance Director for Task Enforcement in March 2006 and was elevated to the Board as Finance Director in January 2007.
Mark Peasnall BSc – Business Development Director
Mark joined NCP in 2005 as Head of Business Development, with responsibility for seeking new business opportunities. Previously he worked for Central Parking System for seven years undertaking both operational and business development roles. Appointed Business Development Director in January 2007, Mark is responsible for the expansion of the off-street portfolio and the on-going management of NCP’s estate.
Neil Robson – Technical Director
Neil has 20 years experience in systems integration and technology. He joined the company in 2001 to formulate and deliver the control room and general ‘off street’ technology strategy in the role of Engineering Project Manager. He was appointed Head of Technology in 2006 and subsequently promoted to Technology Director in 2007 in recognition of his contribution to the technological re-engineering of NCP.
Tim Duke – Technical Services Director
Tim is a chartered engineer with over twenty years experience in project and contract management, engineering and technology deployment. Previously Chief Engineer with a major UK multi-site retailer, Tim joined NCP in 1998. With a track-record covering both public and private sector schemes, he has been closely involved in the design and procurement of several multi-million pound projects. Tim is the head of the multi-disciplinary team of professionals that covers all aspects of construction, civil engineering, building services, health and safety and Computer Aided Design (CAD). He was appointed to the Board as Technical Services Director in January 2007.
Sharon Eley – Head of HR
CIPD Qualified, Sharon has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years. She joined NCP in 2002 as Regional Human Resources Manager and was appointed Head of Human Resources in 2007. During her time at NCP, Sharon has played an integral part in the development and delivery of our HR strategy.
