NCP working in partnership with National Express East Anglia

Important notice: Lone Traveller Assistance

National Express East Anglia and NCP are working together to deliver improvements in car parking for passengers. This includes a customer service initiative that has been developed to provide greater security for lone travellers and to provide a greater level of customer service delivery at our stations.

Over the following months Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) will be on hand at a number of key locations across the National Express East Anglia network to provide a number of services to commuters and car park users alike. CSAs will also provide support and information to customers who may have queries relating to the variety of parking products available at the station.
