Premium Set Down parking at Birmingham Airport

Premium Set Down offers a quick and convenient solution for dropping passengers off at Birmingham Airport. Located directly outside the terminal building, Premium Set Down provides the quickest possible route to the check-in desk.

This is a convenient option that's ideal for passengers with heavy bags, those who have small children in tow, have mobility restrictions, or who are just in a hurry.

The Premium Set Down car park isn’t recommended for pick-ups, as it can be difficult to predict just how long it will take passengers to arrive. For those with disabilities or mobility restrictions, there is Blue Badge parking available. Blue Badge holders can park at the Premium Set Down car park for free up to 30 minutes. To take advantage of this service, please take your vehicle registration number and Blue Badge to the Customer Service Office located in The Premium Set Down car park.

To enter the Premium Set Down area, there is no need to press for a ticket. Our ANPR cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically. Find a space and park up. Premium Set Down is only for dropping off travelling passengers.

Leaving the car park

Once you have dropped your passenger off, you will need to pay at one of our pay machines on-site (cash and card) or at the exit point (card only). You will need to have your registration number ready to enter. If you pay at the pay machines, then the barrier will automatically raise as you approach the exit.
