Upon arrival
When you arrive at Car Park 1, there is no need to press for a ticket. Our ANPR cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.
If you are planning to book in advance, please ensure you provide us with the correct registration number at the point of booking. If you have made a booking, we will email you with detailed instructions on the arrivals procedure.
Should you require any help, please press the assistance button which is located on the entrance column and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Once you’ve parked, you’re free to get to the check-in desks and start your holiday, knowing that your vehicle is being looked after by our professional parking team.

Leaving the car park
Once you’re back from your break, leave the terminal building, and head back to the car park.
If you have a booking, we will email you with detailed instructions on the returns procedure.
We have three pay machines in the car park where you can pay by card. Please note, all our pay machines are now cashless. Please have your registration number ready to enter.
Paying before you reach the exit speeds up the process, so you can drive to the exit barrier, which will raise automatically, and get ahead with your journey.
If you wish to pay in the exit lane, please make sure you choose the correct lane for payment. Once you have made the payment, the barrier will raise automatically to allow exit.

None pre-book customers
If you did not pre-book your space with us, you can pay at the pay machines located within the car park or pay at exit. If you pay at the pay machine then simply follow signs to exit and the barrier will automatically raise for you.
