Upon arrival

On arrival at East Midlands Airport, press the ticket request button at entry barrier and take a ticket. Drive straight ahead and bare left following signs for 'Pre-booked Meet & Greet'. After 15 meters you'll see another barrier on the right, where you'll be met by a member of the Meet & Greet team. They'll direct you to your parking space and show you where to check in.

Leaving the car park

When returning to the car park, head to the Meet & Greet office where you'll be directed to your car by a member of the team.

You'll need to leave your keys at reception for the duration of your stay.
