Refund Request - Pre Book

If you have Pre-Booked and require a refund (E.g. had to cancel booking), please complete all fields in the form and we will aim to review your application within 24-48 hours.

PLEASE NOTE – If you have already submitted a receipt or refund request, please don’t submit a duplicate form. This may delay the processing of your receipt or refund.


 

To request a refund for Pre Book please complete the form below.

Please ensure the transaction has been debited from your account as we are unable to process refunds on 'pending' transactions.

We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours & provide you an update by email.

If a refund is processed funds will take 3 - 5 working days to appear in your account.
