I would like to attach evidence in my PC appeal, how can I do this?

Please visit our PC payment and appeals page here and select the correct option based on your PC reference number. You can attach and submit your evidence online. (You cannot do this if you have already submitted an appeal.) to be able to submit additional evidence to support your appeal, you can email [email protected]
