How do I appeal against my Parking Charge (PC)?

If you feel that your PC shouldn't have been issued, then you can appeal online or via post following the instructions provided on the Parking Charge (PC) itself. 

On receipt of your appeal, we will respond in full within 28 days. Your Parking Charge (PC) will be placed on hold until a response is provided. Please do not assume your appeal has been successful, if you do not hear from us within 28 days then please contact us via [email protected].

We do not accept appeals via any method other than those outlined on the Parking Charge (PC). Using the above email address as an appeals service does not place your Parking Charge (PC) on hold.

Note: If you are assisting someone with submitting an appeal, please ensure you select the appeal ‘statement of truth’ as the closest to which you are associated with the named person. You would be appealing on their behalf and therefore should select the statement which reflects this. You can then make it clear in the appeal you are authorised on behalf of the named person.
