Fairfield Halls

Museum of Croydon

Located inside Croydon Clocktower Arts Facility, the Museum of Croydon offers you a fascinating glimpse into the area’s past. Exhibits at the museum showcase Croydon’s past, building up a dynamic picture of what life was like through the ages. Entrance is free, and many of the exhibits give you a chance to get ‘hands on’ and interactive, making it a great family day out. Parking in Croydon close to the museum is easy and convenient. The closest NCP Croydon car park at Fairfield Halls provides an easy access to the town centre too. 

Wandle Park

Wandle Park covers 21 acres of land on the banks of the River Wandle and is popular with families, dog walkers, joggers and footballers. In 2010, the park underwent a major renovation with improvements to existing facilities and some new amenities added. Sports facilities include a skate park, basketball court and a tennis court. Alternatively, you can spend your afternoon relaxing in the park café or having fun with your children in the play area. 

Whitgift Shopping Centre

The Whitgift Shopping Centre is a large shopping centre and office complex in the centre of Croydon. It’s a popular destination for shoppers as well as business visitors, so the nearby NCP Whitgift and Croydon Central car parks are ideally positioned for visitors and shoppers alike.

Boasting a wide choice of retail outlets and a great selection of restaurants and cafés, the Whitgift Shopping Centre has everything you need for an afternoon of serious retail therapy. The centre is right in the heart of town, so it’s easy to find Croydon car parking within walking distance. Park at either Whitgift and Croydon Central car parks, both just a short walk away, so you can be sure of making that meeting on time.
