Held every September, in Leicester’s Victoria Park, Leicester Pride is one of the loudest and proudest events in the city’s cultural calendar. A celebration of diversity and equality within Leicester’s community, the day kicks off with the flamboyant and fabulous Leicester Pride parade, through the centre of the city. Once the parade has reached Victoria Park, it’s time to party! Expect headline acts rubbing shoulders with big-name DJs and local bands. With funfair rides for children and market stalls for older attendees, Leicester Pride is a great family day out.
