How do I pay for parking?
One of 3 methods:
- Using our NCP App on entry via the "Park Now" option and select the duration you wish to stay for.
- Using the payment machine when you are leaving the car park by inputting your vehicle registration.
- Using our Pay Later website within 72 hours after your exit.
How do I use my Saver ID or Promo Code?
If you have an NCP App promo code you will need to apply this to your NCP App before you make payment. If you have been given a discount code that is not for the NCP App you would need to input this on the machine in the car park when you are leaving to discount your parking.
How can I get a receipt?
If you have paid via the NCP App you can locate your receipts under the "Profile" tab and then "History and Receipts". If you have paid via the machine in the car park you can request a receipt here When paying via our Pay Later website an email receipt will be sent automatically.
Is autopay working?
Unfortunately, autopay is currently unavailable due to maintenance. There are however a few ways to pay for your parking such as:
- 'Park Now' via the NCP App, to download click here - NCP App.
- Pay machine/s on site.
- Pay Later.
- Buy a Season Ticket.
How does the MANCSAVER discount work?
When the MANCSAVER discount is applied to your NCP App account it will cap your price per 24 hours at £9.95 for the car parks it is applicable in.
